Extracting video cut-scenes from ps2 games...? o.O

I was told that I could extract/rip video files - cutscenes - from dvd ps2 games... I wanted to get some of the videos from one of my games just to mess with on my computer and for random personal use... I was told that I could use IsoBuster to get the files and PSS Plex to make them into video that I could use... When I use IsoBuster I get the following files that come up-

I dont know what to do with these files... they are all AFS. PSS Plex wont accept these. I dont think any of them have video or audio or anything like that... I'm confused. Someone please tell me if what I am trying to do is even possible..... and if so, how.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fastest and most reliable way I made it happen was, I plugged my PS2 into the back of my pc Via Capture card. Then I Frapsed it as it was playing on the screen. Plus you can record yourself playing to.
