i jusat got a xbox 360 and im not sure if i should flash it as i ant made of money so im just wondering is flashing ur xbox 360 easy and how do u find out the make of the dvd drive in it and what r the problems if it gose wrong or y r loads of people saying they carnt even play back ups on there because of the up dates i dont under stand as im new to all this and can u play backups of x box 1 games on ur 360 1s its flashed and how often do u need to flash ur 360 and do u have to be conected on xbox live as i cant be arse witht he internet to it just want to play the games would be most aproiciated with all the help u guys can give or do u have to be conected to ur pc all the time thought it when u want to play backups of games or u have to do it 1s then its all done and that

I would also like to know the same thing. Is it a simple task to flash the Hitachi-LG 360 drive? I have all the guides and understand what they're talking about, but I'm not sure if I want to risk messing up my new 360.

same here,all i need is a sata cable and a dual layer writer and then i'm good to go,but for me it's too risky,after my first 360 died after one week i'm so sceptical,i don't wanna mod it and then it just stops working,cuz then I'll lose so much money it's just not funny...
