With my Philips DVD recorder I recorded a sport event which can be replayed by the DVD recorder or any other DVD player, as well with Nero Show time and RealPlayer. The video is stored in two folders: Video_RM and VIDEO_TS, each containing different files

As I want to edit the video with Windows Movie Maker, I wonder if I can convert it under Nero 7 into any format Windows Movie Maker accepts.

Can anyone give me a hint?
