you don't "make" programs, you write them in programming languages like C, Basic, Pacall, etc.

It's not programs, it's learning how to code something by hand...
Go buy some books on Programming language, and hope you get it.

Just about every site about programming is useful...You don't expect them to teach you do you? Programming is basically a teach-it-yourself thing. Trust me takes a long time before you can even start writing programs...And you have to be dedicated to it....If you can't find any sites helpfl than that isn't for you
