the 'flash' of yoyur psp is the system files, that the psp is needed to work properly, no flash files on your psp and no psp lol :D

can you run devhook?
in psp terms flash is a directory/chip inside the psp which holds the system files much like the bios in a PC.
if you use google, it will direct you to macromedia flash which i think is not what you are searching for.

dev hook doesnt write to the flash of your psp, and yes you can use it just need a 1.5
