hello, i bought a new NEC notebook 2 months ago and the combo drive woked perfectly before. This week, however, it canot recognize any DVD or DVD rom but it works perfectly with CD or VCD. Does anyone know what is the probelm?

Run Nero InfoTool and see if your ASPi is corrupt:
