TURK TELEKOM TURKCELL
TELSIM MOBIL TELEKOM

That means your mobile is hardlocked.

Is the mobile new?

Have you entered codes before mine?

The only way to unlock it is by taking it to a professional unlocker.

yes ı entered only one times a code. After i entered your first code.
i took code error after your second code i took undo restriction message. Now what can ı do? can you help me.?

Only a professional can unlock your phone now! Sorry

You only get the message "can not undo restriction" after you have incorrectly used 5 codes, I only gave you two, so someone before you must of tried to unlock the mobile before.
