What can i use to make moving images like where it goes through different scenes but quickly not powerpoint. Theres a software at my school forgot what it was called

Jasc Animation Shop is great for making GIF animations but i think you have to pay for it.

yeah what pirate said, Jasc Animation Shop can do it, Macromedia Fireworks can do it, Adobe Photoshop can do it, GIF Construction Set can do it. if u have access to any of those......or there is also Corel Draw
Edit>u said the name of it whilst looking for it, flash. put yeah if that's what your looking for is a .swf not a .gif

or i think you can take movies and make then into gifs, or swfs into gifs, but remember aD doesnt allow anything over 50kbs.

he said it wasn't for here, but oh well, good luck on whatever your doing!
i use VD to clip a movie then use Corel to make it into a gif.

i really hate gifs though, horrible quality, suprissed there hasnt been a better format.
