how do i change iso's in devhook while playing because i heard there is a way

NO you cant change iso while playing.
you can change iso while in emulated XMB (emulated firmware 2.71 menu interface)
its press HOME+L or HOME+R to cycle to your available ISO's
Note: if you use USB mode dont put more than 15 games on the ISO directory, you wont be able to use 333 only 222.

Does 333mhz actually make the ISOs run smoother? Because emulating ISOs requires no hardware emulation, it's simply like playing a UMD.

Running it at 333 mhz will help if the iso is compressed and it lags. You can change ISO's while in the XMB by pressing Home + L OR R.

em,ulating does use a little process power, hardly noticed btw.
333 does good on speed,graphics but it drains the battery faster (not to worry if your plugged in an outlet and makes the psp build up heat faster. still safe nonetheless.
