I recently aquired these files, Im guessing its some kind of compression format or the files are a dud - anyone got an idea of what software I need to open it?/

Ok solved it! I opened the file FROM WinRAR! Usually the file is a WinRAR file and i just doubleclick it to open it! But opening it from within WinRAR works fine!
