can u play NTSC games on a PAL xbox 360 if u have downloaded them and patched them with the ss and can u play xbox games on ur 360 with out the hard drive 1s its all been flashed can some 1 please help me and let me no as i can get loads of NTSC games but not sure if i should get them

im not even goign to answer that! there are so many posts about where to find the region free list! AHHHh! If someone asks for this again i'ma shoot myself!!!! THIS FORUM NEEDS STICKY!!!!!!

is that even ifits been flashed u need the hd and whats with all this region crap u never had this problem on ps2 or the x box
think its a wast of time then as its going to be hard finding PAL versions to dl

if a game is region free NTSC / PAL wont matter, the game will work on either system. if a game was PAL for ps2, you couldn't run it on a NTSC. This is not crap, this should make you happier.

Ya.... I agree with ronnie. Considering that there's no mod chip (minus the drive modchips) for the 360 yet it's a good thing that alot of the games are region-free.

the list only has 360 games no xbox 1 games on there as they have brought some of the games out on both 360 and the old 1 thats all

region free is for the 360i dont recall xbox being region free they had ntsca nd PAL like the ps2 and they worked 1s chiped any way an othere question if i flash my hd and get a profile on x box live for up dates dose this affect my flash or will it be ok as xbox is making patches for the old games top work on the emulator in the hd

You need the hard drive because you need to download the xbox1 emulator to play xbox1 games. When you dl it it's saved on your hd. And you'll only be able to play NTSC XBOX1 games on an NTSC 360 and PAL XBOX1 games on a PAL 360.

The firmware hack doesn't make the 360 drive region-free. Some 360 games are region-free, so they can be played on a different region 360. But unless the XBOX1 game is region-free, you'll have to stick to your region. You can get a list of what xbox1 games will play on your 360 from microsoft's site.
