I know about backups and modded 360s. Will a modded 360 play backup xbox games?

Does it change it like exov or avalaunch dashboard did for the original xbox? Or does it seem the same, and just play backups?

I know they can be played online, but will something happend that everyone will get caught, sued, banned or something? No way could MS just LET this happen, when the 360 less than a year old.
Any ideas?

- Yes It can, Isnt that the whole point of modding the firmware on the 360 in the first place?

- No it doesn't change anything it looks exaclty the same except for the fact that it plays the backups you've made.

- As for now MS is aware of the mod [I'm pretty sure] but has done nothing to even try to prevent it. slim chance anyone would get sued over this though I think they would just ban the people that have the mod. All you have to do is change the firmware back if they find it so make sure before you mod to back up your orignal firmware so you can always go back to what you began with.
