1) Sorry, I don't know if this is part of piracy or not.

There was a forum where you discuss about "japanese" not yet released games, that won't be released in North America yet, people in North America do get them.

is what they say. I don't get it. I never seen a Piracy Store in my life.

sorry again, I just don't understand how it's possible to actually get them.

yes, they either download them, or they have a loacl game shop order them the game if they have a good mod chip in their PS2 as it will play games from all regions.

Then there are the shady black market type dealers that have copies to buy.
