DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE PSP MENUE AND THE ICON AND STUFF ?

Icons can be changed with psp brew or pbp unpacker. The background can be changed with xflash or pspersonalize. However I like xflash better because you can disable the wave effect in the background.
