high and low ive searched for what i need to downgrade my 2.6 to a 1.5 can anyone somehow message me privately and help me out?

check if your psp mother board is NOT a TA-0082. to check open the umd drive look in the right of the green chip that u see. if there is something written in yellow u know it is a TA-0082 that cannot be downgraded. if not congrats. it u want me to give u the downgrader give me your msn, yahoo, or IM id. i will give you the full installation of the downgrader you wont need anything else other than a psp, usb cable, computer and my downgrader.

WELL I WAS CURSED FROM THE BEGINNING EVEN AFTER SEEING THE WARNING ON THE PROGRAM AND HEARING IT NUMEROUS TIMES I WAS UNDER TH IMPRESSION I DID NOT HAVE TAO-82 OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLED AFTER BRICKING MY PSP HOWEVER MUCH TO MY DISMAY IC1003 PLAIN AS DAY WHEN TWICE OVERLOOKED........ AH ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL

sorry for what happen, they could have just said IC1003 instead of TA-082. lots of people kept looking for TA-082 instead of looking for IC1003 which is the dreaded code that you can see.
from what i've heard/read the Undilluted Platinum Modchip makers are trying really hard to make their UP chip compatible with IC1003 owners, just wait and maybe they can fix it, then you can revive your ol psp with it.

heh once again too late its guts are all over in front of the keyboard ready to hit e-bay....... and i knew to look for ic1003 i just looked in the wrong place didnt even flinch when the program said to check and make sure it wasnt a ta-082...... well thank you kind souls for helping anyways i will be able to downgrade my friends psp now........ now i know what to look for $200 lesson but ebay may bring me somethin back....

there is no point of homebrew any more for these reasons 1.there are sony wokers going aroune realesing so called homebrew that will automaticly install the latest fw 2.in fw 3.0 (when it comes out)there will be a website were any psp under fw 2.71 will be updated so homebrew will be dead

im confused because people are still talking about 2.6 downgrader when all you have to do is go out and by gta and eloader wats the point of risking your psp for something you can do without the risk

@razor there will always be an endless number of people that will go straight-forwardly "post" and "ask" for HELP, even such SOLUTIONS exist if they will just SEARCH. its true, annoying and nobody can solve it.
is anybody need a downgrader for 2.5/2.6/2.1 please search for DARK_ALEX.
