my computer has been frezing and not responding there is a program called "dumprep.exe" that makes my computer freeze .

I see nothing that should cause such trouble but, it could be hiding. Go here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 and download AVG . Install and update. I see you have Ewido, make sure updates are up to date. Restart in safe mode(press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode" from menu). Run scans then restart in normaol mode.
