Are there any other programs that can do what AnyDVD does? If so which one is it?

DVD43 works similarly to AnyDVD, but AnyDVD is in a league of it's own. I wouldn't recommend DVD43 to my worst enemy as it is very quirky and not given much attention in the update department. There is also DVD Region+CSS Free, but it is a pay program...give it a try here:

You're right - DVD43 works the same way just can have more conflicts w/ other programs - sometimes even if you have it turned off.

AnyDVD is the way to go for simplicity + the fact that it's stay on top of anything out there.
