Okay so I have this router that my friend gave me. The router is a SMC EZ Switch 10/100. But i don't know how to get it working. I have plugged it in but nothing happens. Could anyone help me or maybe link me to a guide of some sort? Cheers.

I don't think you can just add it on unless you have a router before that. The device yuo have is a switch. That goes attached to a router. Do you only have a modem or a modem connected to a router?
