i didnt write this my self, was online last night and came across
this on www.tekken.pspeeps.com they host ghost's for tekken 5 dr and also the region parameter files
so heres the quick run down on how to use the ghost data and how to play against your own ghost...

Ghost files MIMIC a user's playing style based on collecting information on how the user fights.
Pretty neat, huh?
GOOD NEWS! I HAVE CONFIRMED that ghosts from other regions WILL WORK.
BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE PARAMETER FILE FOR YOUR REGION.
You can randomly play against downloaded ghosts in Arcade Mode or Dojo Mode.
However, after completing the first few stages in Tekken Dojo mode, there's a new stage that appears on the left side of the map screen called "Stage 0" where you can play against downloaded/friend ghosts only in Arcade Mode style, picking your next opponent from three ghosts after each match.
Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection for PSP will only recognize 34 (numbered 00 to 33) Ghosts at a time.
The naming conventions of the ghost files are as follows:
PLAYERXX.GHO (With XX being any two digits from 00 to 33.)
--The "PLAYER" convention is used for ghosts that you created on your PSP and are stored in the "ULUS10139GHOSTM" folder, or the "My Ghost Folder".
PERSONXX.GHO (With XX being any two digits from 00 to 33.)
-- The "PERSON" convention is used for any ghosts that are in "ULUS10139GHOSTF", i.e. your "Friends' Ghost Folder".

+++++CREATE YOUR OWN GHOST FILE+++++

Make sure you turn on the "Ghost Update" option while you're playing the game.
Press "Pause" during ARCADE Mode and enable the Ghost Update Feature.
+++++UPLOADING YOUR GHOST TO TEKKEN.PSPEEPS.COM ARCHIVE+++++

1. Connect your PSP to your computer via a USB cable and go to the PSP folder.
2. Locate your Tekken DR saved data and navigate to a folder called "ULUS10139GHOSTM".
3. Simply drag and drop your "PLAYERXX.GHO" files onto your computer.
4. Register and upload them to tekken.pspeeps.com under the appropriate category
(if necessary, rename your file - for example: "PLAYER22.GHO" or "PERSON22.GHO"
can be renamed to "SOMEBODYS_WANG.GHO" and then uploaded).
5. Remember, you can edit/update your ghost in the archive any time, there is no need to create
a new entry for an updated ghost. Simply upload the latest version of your ghost file.

1. Connect your PSP to your computer via a USB cable and go to the PSP folder
2. Locate your Tekken DR saved data and create a folder named "ULUS10139GHOSTF"
3. Download "USA_Ghost_Setup.zip" and extract contents to "ULUS10139GHOSTF"
4. Download a ghost file from the tekken.pspeeps.com archive
5. Place the ghost file in the "ULUS10139GHOSTF" folder
6. Rename the ghost file into a "PERSONXX.GHO" format, replacing 'XX' (with 00 to 33)
for example: Somebodys_WANG22.GHO can by renamed to PERSON22.GHO, PERSON01.GHO, etc.
once the file is downloaded)
7. Ensure the numbered ghost is unique and not a duplicate value
(i.e. two PERSON01.GHO's in the same folder is not allowed)
8. Safely close your USB connection, and start up the game
9. Go to the "Profile" menu, scroll down and select the "Ghost List" option
10. You should now be able to select the "Friends Ghosts" option and view downloaded ghosts
+++++PLAY AGAINST YOUR OWN GHOSTS+++++
(YOU MUST HAVE completed Steps 1-3 from PLAY AGAINST DOWNLOADED GHOSTS above)

2. Locate your Tekken DR saved data and navigate to a folder called "ULUS10139GHOSTM"
3. Move/Copy your "PLAYERXX.GHO" file in "ULUS10139GHOSTM" to the "ULUS10139GHOSTF" folder
4. Rename your "PLAYERXX.GHO" file to "PERSONXX.GHO" format, replacing "XX" (with 00 to 33)

well you dont have to do all this, just go to network in the game after go online than press ghost pack you have to connect to internet. so it will be downloaded automaticly just few steps like pressing x
lol yeah i know but thats for the official ghost packs that you cant select who you fight, this is for sharing ghost data and can actually select to fight them, once you finish dojo mode you ge a new dojo just for fighting friends ghost data... and also check under profile, then ghosts, you will see a section for friends... thats what this is for, if you do not know anyone with the game(or a psp) and want to face the best there is, download the ghost go to dojo and away you go.
rather then going through arcade or regular dojo hoping to fight someones ghost that you might know
