Hello,
To get your code for overriding the security code, just post the IMEI of your mobile (type *#06# in it or remove the battery and check it)
NOTE: YOU NEED TO BE THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE MOBILE

Probably not, but who knows. I was a Junior member and now I'm just a member. I got demoted somehow.
Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!(No Private Messages Please)

You did not get "demoted" this is how it works.
Newbie to Junior Member -- 25 posts
Junior Member to Member -- 100 posts
Member to Senior Member -- 500 posts
Senior Member to Addict -- 2500 posts
gsmlogic will not be able to reply as he broke the rules to many times and has paid the consequence.
The only way he could return is by using a different user name and email address.

What does restore settings do? Does it change everything to it's default? I used my 6102i for a little while before I bought a used 6230b (or 6230i) for the mmc capability, and I just recently lost that phone. Now I'm stuck using the 6102i until I feel the urge to buy a phone I like with a reasonable price. So, restating my question, do I really need the restore settings? I'm currently on T-mobile (using this Cingular phone, thanks to NoLimit04 for helping me unlock it) so am I still suppose to call cingular?

That security code you gave me didn't work. Tells me code error. Phone is still functional though, so I'm still going to use it for now. I'll remember you if I do get rid of it.
