is there a way to keep it as it is so i can put it on DVD? so i can change it to english or japanese as i wish?

EDIT: So first you should convert it to .avi format.
(do that using program like VirtualdubMOD http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net )
Then you can use DVD authoring software to make a dvd out of the AVI.
(Nero, Roxio, TMPGEnc Plus, WinAVI, FilmMachin, etc)

I think winavi can help you,but you may need some special codec.
