okay, so i connected my 360 to the internet and i got the silver membership with gold trial so i put in madden and i can play against this guy i met when i go to the online play screen, and i dont want to pay to play a game that i own online. so with silver membership will i be able to open madden up and press online play and play?


or will i have to pay?

silver u do nothing all u can do is download content from xbox live and use privatechat.

No you have to have gold in order to play.Silver is free but it won't allow you to play.The reason you were able to play with that guy is because they gave you a free trial to gold,after it expires you will no longer be able to play unless you get a gold membership.

So in order to play you have to pay.

online play is free on pc, why not on xbox. thats BS.

You can get a 12 month live membership for like 36 dollars or so. Not bad at all and well worth the money.

I think it should be free like the pc as well but unfortunately it's just not.Here's the pricing.

Whatever you do, don't sign up to have MS auto pay every month. They were charging me 7.99 per month which comes out to almost a 100 a year!! the snakes!! I got a 12 month card on Amazon 2 weeks ago for 35.99, free shipping. I am not sure if they have that sale anymore or not though

Yup thats were I got my 12 month. And Yes the Walmart in the town I live in is SCARY. I live in Drugtown USA (Longview) and yes this town is as bad as Greenday makes it out to be. LOL. You cant walk into the walmart in Longview without a gas mask. All the Bums sleep in the garden section at night and Piss on all the plants and doors. It is so smelly.
