Apologies if this has already been posted, but it's such a great little mod for devhook, I thought I'd post it -

Reboot to 1.50 XMB DevHook v0.46 Plugin
This vshex mod enables easy return to 1.50 from the DevHook-emulated 2.71 XMB by holding "Home" & "Start" Released by Saturne_1606.
Just copy over your existing vshex.prx. It rocks.

I did notice that if you are using the wlan switch mod for going between 2.71 and 1.5, you need to put your switch up, then press home + start, otherwise it just reboots to 2.71 again.
Still easier that powering down then on again though.
Can anyone refresh my memory for the shortcut to change clock speed in the XMB?

I'm using Devhook Straight To XMB Mod r2 for PSP 1.5
You can find it on PS2NFO.com, you might have to search for a bit cos it came out a while ago. It's a custom firmware mod, I'm using it with Devhook 0.46, there are two versions in the r2 package, one you choose which firmware you boot using the wlan switch, the other uses the L button.
Its a very cool mod, I like it a lot, and use it along with the 0.46 screenshot mod, and the Reboot to XMB from 2.71 mod.

I can't stand all these friggen mods that are being released for DevHook. It's like "The Simpsons" arcarde games; WAY TOO MANY - OVERKILL. ENOUGH ALREADY! I can't even get any of them to work anyway. I've tried. In fact, the last one I tried was by Chunglam and it wouldn't even launch my ISOs. Ridiculous! Anyway, I just thought I should forewarn ppl: If you're going to use that nifty return to 1.50 mod, just be advised 2.60 emulation WILL NOT WORK ANYMORE. Not a big deal to most, but if you wanna use Edison Carter's Cheat Device for GTA, it is. 2.60 won't even launch. I had that new vshex and replaced ALL of the vshexs on all of my Memory sticks, but once I realised it doesn't work, I replaced them all w/ the original. It is cool, but it's not THAT MUCH cooler b/c how hard is it to hit L+R+Up when you launch an ISO? (old way to return to 1.50, built into DevHook) On top of that, I have made it so my PSP goes straight to DevHook after a hard reset, and that NEW VSHEX shortcut wouldn't go directly back to 1.50 XMB. Instead, it would go to DevHook b/c it was more like a quick Hard reset. Using L+R+Up goes DIRECTLY back to 1.50 and works nicely for me. But I'm not trying to advise ppl against using it, rather, I am trying to give a "heads up" so ppl know both pros and cons.
It's all about personal preference.
:)
EDIT: Also, I am wondering how the hell you got that "straight to XMB mod" working. I tried to get that working and it would always launch a game and skip the XMB. And what's teh deal w/ this autorun on some mods? You can set it for like 1,3,5 seconds, Autorun or disable. I wanted to disable it, but it would still run a game. I'm telling you, these mods are effing retarded. None of the ones I've tried have done as promised. Fortunately, it's all free. (and YES - I do remember to update my pncft_game.txt or w/e it is and do a hard reset so the system picks it up)
(+[O_O]::)
