DVDinfoPro freezing with new version and SEND button not showing

Like the title says. It's been a while since I've backed up an xbox360 game. I recently bought Chromehounds and I'm trying to back it up before my kids scratch it.

The problem is that my DVDinfoPro just freezes with the error "interrogation drive..scanning drive" error and it just closes by itself. With the older version, it works but when I select the

** send custom message *** the SEND button field does not show up and I can't send the darn message to unlock the drive.. what/where I can do/go to make the field show up....

Did you guys all buy this software?

or did you download it and your release has not ended?

do you have your xbox in 0800 mode?????????? i could never get dvdinfo to work and i know what im doing... it just doesn't work for some. i download my backups

Yes! I do have my xbox Samsung 360 drive in XTRM0800 mode. My computer recognizes the drive in windows xp environment. I just downloaded another never-ending-trial-with-advertisements dvdinfopro and nada...the SEND field button in not visible..seems like only half of the slide window, when selecting the send custom command code, comes up without the SEND button.....

The first time I tried it about 4 weeks ago it worked but now I can't get it to show the Send button...arggggg...

Want to brake up the console...[angry][/angry]
