ok, does anybody here have this:

and could anybody give me hints on how to run it? what do I need to do to have this stunt world on my psp? Cos it looks pretty cool.

I have an original UMD of GTA:LCS and a fw2.5 PSP.

It appears as if it is meant to be used w/ the Cheat Device. (Edison Carter)

Create a folder in your ms0 called "CHEATS", all capital letters. Open up Cheat Device v1.10 (I think) and scroll to the bottom. Look for the "Cheats" menu. (Cheat Device supports textpad code.) It's the only way I can think to get it to work.
