Well, very newbish, I think I didn't find this in FAq's since it's too simple.
Ok, I downloaded a PAL game. Extracted it, and then I have this one 3 gb RAR file. So I extracted it again. And I get all of those "usual" files that you would normally see when you just pop your game into the DVD drive. Things like "Module" and etc. So, what do I do with it?
It's obvious I need to use DVD Decrypter then PAL2NTSC and stuff. But What to do really with those files to make a back-up?
You exracted to far, you only exract it once that should be you iso and then you burn that for more info read the stickies, if you don't know what that means, just look at the thread with bold letters and they should have all your answers there.
what do you mean too far? I extract once, there is only 1 3gb rar file + some internet readme.
I think you have to extract that .rar file since it contains the same stuff as on the dvd game. Since I made a dvd back-up with same looking files, I guess that's what you gotta do.
Btw, I cannot read those Bolded thing, since I am a very bad searcher and forget where those things are located. Sorry.
ok, my problem is: The file is not on the DVD, it's on the computer, so I don't know how to set the file's directory, under the DVD decrypter's "source". Therefore, can anyone, please, please, tell me how? Since I have this "System" "module" and other files here.
The 3GB rar file you extracted is indeed the .iso file. You have WinRAR set to unrar .iso files. Open WinRAR and take out the check mark for .iso file extensions. What you need is that 3 GB file. Then open DVD Decrypter, click mode/write. Search for the 3GB .iso file and burn.
Thanks, menace, but should I write this 3 GB RAR file or Extract it first? Well, anyways, after extracting it, I found this file starts with "IO" and has a disc pic on it, though the DVD Decrypter gives some error.
