TMPG Express Framerate?

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone knows why TMPG Express 3.0 is displaying the wrong framerate of the source file. When I check 'File X' in AVIcodec it says it 25fps but when I 'Add' the file and run it through the source wizard in TMPG it says looks like this on the 'clip info' page:

16314 Frames, 30fps, 1hr 34min. 2sec.80, 608x320, VFAPI Reader: Direct Show Multimedia File Reader.

Is this going to affect the end product? Do I need a different VFAPI Reader?
