Well, just before playing this game on the ps2 using swap magic, I played it on the emulator, the funny thing is, there is suppose to be music, but, all I can hear is like usual sounds, that's all, no music. I was just wondering, something wrong with the file or the emulator never plays music? I know emulator sucks but giving sound without music is a bit unusual. Just to let you know, I downloaded the file from I-net. THanks in advance.

I didn't think the program could play commercial games properly. They have a lot of demos that work ok, but I heard that some of the sprites would be missing on the Final Fantasy game (can't remember which FF).

But that PS2 emulator is still in the works so it might be a bug in the current version.

Maybe you could email the people who are making it and tell them which game you are testing and also the version of the emulator.

The ask them if there are sound problems with certain games.

Yeah PS2 emulation is still pretty sketchy, there's very few games that're playable all the way through. Check the PCSX2 site for compatibility lists.

The game isn't commercial -- downloaded from internet. I am scared that something may be wrong with the file, it should work ok, I hope.

Yeah that doesn't matter, what matters is the limited support and capabilities for PS2 emus.

It makes no difference if the game is store bought or not. An emu with the PS2 bios should be able to boot either backups or originals. I mean that it doesn't matter, because PS2 emulation is a long way from being a viable solution for playing games.
