yes if you have AC:WW you can upload you game to you PC and edit the map.

Are you talking about the new one that's coming out? The one that doesn't manage saves, but an actual cheat system? Or the Action Replay Max for GBA/DS?

it's already out. It's $24.99 at Best Buy. All you have to do is insert the AR DS cartidge and then swap it with the game card then it'll automatically load the code list available for it.
