can anyone help?i keep on getting a runtime error msg after 30 odd seconds through encoding with this version. does anyone knw if theres a patch or something for it.

i have tried the new version 7.2.3.2b but i have noticed when you make a dvd slideshow and burned it to the hdd,you get crackling nosies in the LFE (Low Freq Effect Bass) anyone noticed that?

can someone help me with the runtime error problem?

Which Nero version are you using now like 7.0.5.4 or 7.0.8.2?
Best bet may be to uninstall - run the clean tool - then reinstall and see if that clears up the error.

For the audio in the latest version for vision - no problems on my end - but haven't done any slideshows. You can check your audio settings and change to 'automatic'. In the latest version default is LPCM.

i'm using version 7.0.8.2

the new version of Nero (7.2.3.2b) is much better but i get a quiet crackling noise frm the bass.

Ok you can try the uninstall - clean tool - reinstall bit. If you use the newest change the audo format to automatic to see if that helps.
Yes the latest version is better for some things - but has it's negatives too - seems Nero can't get most of the issues squared away in any version of 7.
