I am to case 1-4. This is the image in the monitor stage. After that guy bring in the groceries, how do you activate the part of the level. My cursor points me to the monitor room, but I cant do anything. Please help. Thanks!

You have to wait till 6AM to start that mission. You can kill time buy doing other things that the cellphone guy will tell you to do.

my main concern is that the timer bar is starting to turn yellow! Did i miss a time window? Thanks for the quick response.

For anyone who has not figured this out, when the bar is dimmed out, the part of the case is not availiable yet.
