CisoUtility as far as I know :)
I got my NFSR down to 219mb with it.
http://psp.console-tribe.com/downloads/file-1400/ciso-converter-v... Would be the download link ;)
Press ISO -> CSO in the program and Compression level 9
It will shrink like cotton.
EDIT: Use these settings:
1. [x]ISO -> CSO
2. Open the Iso
3. Press Save CSO, and type the filename to the "Save as.." menu that pops up. I prefer the name vNFSR, (when you got the v before the name, it will work more likely, don't ask why.)
4. Compression level 9
5. Press Start and wait it to finish the compression up.
6. Copy the vNFSR.cso to your "MS_ROOT/ISO/"
7. Enjoy

i got my rivals down to 235mb by just using umdgen and removing the dummy files. I got a 2gb so i didn't really need to compress it any further. i'd say it would go further using cso though...does your compressed one chunk at all Knight666???

All Im saying is that knight launch the 39 mb game Im interested to know...once u launch at the 2.71 XMB change the clock speed to 333MHz so it reduces the lag due to extreme compression!
