devhook doesent recongize my iso

i put the iso folder in the iso folder on root when i go into devhook it says umd, and my iso is not listed .t hanks

You put the actual iso in the 'ISO' folder in the root of you memory stick.

Put ISO in the ISO folder which is present on the root or ur stick and launch the ISO using dh 0.45..
