why is that when i connect my ipod my computer doesnt find it? i look in my computer and i see a g drive thats says removeable disk and itunes wont even find my ipod. i tried to restart it and nothing happens.

Try putting your iPod into disk mode by holding down the Menu + Center buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, then hold down the Play/Pause + Center buttons until it says that it is in disk mode. This should allow it to be read in iTunes.

If it is read in iTunes, then it worked. You will then have to unplug the iPod by holding down the Menu + Center buttons until the Apple logo appears. This should fix it. If not, please post back.
