SS merge with lord of the rings

I was wondering how do you do a SS merge with the LOTR_Battle_for_Middle_Earth_II_USA_XBOX360-Mirage.
When I use the SS_Merger_1.6 with the 2kb bin file it just creates the .dvd file and doesn't do anything to the .iso file.
When I burn it using clone cd the xbox 360 trys to run it and then returns to the dashboard.
Any advice is appriciated.

use SS merger, set to wxripper method, and create the .dvd file. Merger does not alter the .iso, it just creates the .dvd file. Now use cloneCD to burn the .dvd file.

tried that still doesnt work, just jumps back to the dashboard after afew seconds.
Is there any chance that i need to flash the drive again with the newest flashing tool? ( I have the first one that came out for the samsung)

you shouldn't lotr was an older released game... are you using the ss.bin that came with the torrent??????

EDIT: YOu should upgrade though, yes... You'll need the upgrade to play newer scene releases.
