Heres my system setup:

ASUSTeK Computer INC.
System Model: A7N8X2.0
BIOS Version: Phoenix Technologies, LTD ASUS A7N8X2.0 Deluxe ACPI BIOS Rev 1008

AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2500+
Version: x86 Family 6 Model 10 Stepping 0
Speed: 1829 MHz

It has a SATA onboard chipset 3112, will this be ok?

From what Ive read Onboard chipsets arent a prob - jus pci sata cards, this true?

every card is diff, you'd need to edit your mtk, do a search on how to get the screenshot and i'll do it for ya
