VIA 6421L firmware flash

I have the via 6421L firmware and am having difficulty flashing my firmware. What can i do. Can anyone send me a edited mtkflash.

Also what do i now type in the DOS commands? Is it the same as it is for other chipsets?

Lastly is there any thing else i am doing wrong or that i need to do to get my firmware flashed?

your mtkflash is bad...

go to start>run>"msinfo32.exe" if that doesn't bring up system info, rename any file to a .nfo extension and run it.

now go to components>storage>scsi and take a screenshot, email me the pic.
