i have swap magic and have made many backups that play ok, i use DVD Decryter, my mate at work has a Mod chip but my dvd,s i have burned will not play on his ps2, can anybody give me step by step guide on how to use DVD Decryter so i can burn games for him.

Sounds like you already know, there is only 1 way to backup games with DVD Decrypter (mode-iso-read, mode-iso-write). Your friends ps2 probably can't read the discs your using. Has he been able to boot other backups?
i was thinking i needed to choose a different file name other than iso to burn or change the settings on dvd decryter, but it sounds like they should play on his ps2 just the same as mine,so is swap-magic&mod-chip the same but different methods
you must be right,he gave me 3 games tonight he got from elsewere that were no good for his ps2,put them in mine and they played straight away,will copy same games for him on maxwell dvd,s see if they play
