Getting FW2.6 flashed and onto devhook help please

Ok right i am very new to handeling FW files and stuff like that. I have a FW2.6 update folder and want to get it working with devhook 4.6,could some one help please. I have a really crappy conexion and can't download the devhook ultimate installer or any files over 8mb. I also recently bought the UMD Video of FF Advent Children and would like to know how i can get it running on my FW1.5 PSP.

Why can't you download files over 8MB, have you tried downloading files over 8MB via torrents? Because i believe the Ultimate Installer is available as a torrent also. This just requires downloading a program such as U Torrent and then donwloading the related torrent from a website usually about 2KB and then open it with U Torrent to download it from the site.

See it is very costly for me to be on internet that long to download the file. I run on a 48k dial up conexion. Thats why i need to do things the manual way
