assuming you have a 1.5 psp, you simply take the IRSHELL folder and put it in the root of ur mem stick, then put the __SCE__IRSHELL and the %__SCE__IRSHELL folders in the psp\game folder of ur mem stick. Then you go to GAME on ur psp and select IRSHELL, once ur there, press start for the key combo help screen.
