Can anyone tell be whats currently the best as in performence pci card there is?

So far while looking i found this one and its on top of my list.

Have you checked on http://www.newegg.com/ for comparable cards? You might (or might not) find a better price. But, there are reviews for most cards from actual buyers. Worth a look anyway. You can "Drill Down" by PCI, mfgr, price, etc.

Just about the best PCI card is the Geforce FX5200 and its claimed to be Vista Ready. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150061
