hi i need a decent psu that will work great and smoth with my ati x800xt all in wonder and my pc specs is amd athlon xp 3200+ 1 gig of ram 200 gig hdd and 160 hdd and my old psu is 250 watt

As your not running a SLI or Crossfire rig I suggest looking for 400w+. Get a good quality one.
