i hav dwnl few movies and they are quite good but in fullscreen the quality decreases , IS THER ANY WAY @ INCREASE ITS QUALITY and keeping it in MP4 format itself>?

hiya what are you using to convert them?
what ever it is there should be option to change the bitrate so change this to something higher,doing this should increase the quality but also make the movie bigger in mbs.

use AVC mp4 and increase bitrate...and convert them to full screen already
