this guy is running homebrew on 2.71,, is it a modchip???

Nope, he's got a modchip. Notice how the title of the video is titled "Epsilon", that's the name of the PSP modchip "add-on".

it works on anyfirmware is it uses its own as long as you dont have a TA-082 mobo

the price of the mod is so expensive.. people should just wait till a downgrader instead of paying that price!

Yea, if you get it installed for you, it's about $200. It definetly ain't cheap.
