Hey all,

Awesome site and awesome walkthroughs. The only thing is that I went to a different site and it mentioned nothing about creating a saved game BEFORE you start to mod the PSP so that it won't insta-start every time. Is there a way to fix this?

Ok,

In this post:

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895

it mentions
Quote:
First go to the HOME screen on the PSP,and go to DATE & TIME SETTINGS and put the date a year forward, load up GTA and just save straight away, exit back to the PSP HOME menu and set the year back to its original date, this will stop ELOADER booting up automaticly.
This step I was unaware of. I am trying to prevent auto-loading when I'd actually like to play GTA:LCS. As such, I'm trying to see if there's a way to rollback or modify a date on a file so that it will allow me to not auto-load.

Trust me, this isn't a downgrade issue and I'm not going to ask about 2.6 and the TA-083 being flashed to a previous firmware. Its a GTA:LCS question.

Ok, wow, that was such a n00b question. Sorry, I fixed it. I'm feeling like an idiot now. To answer my own question, if you forgot this step (and just got your PSP Literally yesterday) you can go into the Saved Game Manager and delete the ELoader save file, THEN do the process over again with GTA moved ahead a year and saved.

........... <- How I feel now. haha. Sorry for asking such a dumb question without research and creativity. Just read enough stuff about my mobo not being compatable (yet) that it freaked me out a little.
