I've been having problems installing flash player 9 I have tried almost everything. I have tried the standalone download. The error message states that I dont have the required access and I should run this programme from an admin account. There is only one user account on the PC. I have tried to set up another account as an admin. However It didn't work. I have also to system restore to an earlier date because flash player used to work on Msn messanger.I have uninstalled flash player and tried to re install but now nothing works. Can someone help me please????

Go to Start-Control Panel->Users and Accounts and select your account. If it says it's an administrator account, I suspect your machine is compromised.

-Do you believe you own your computer and shouldn't be told what you can run and do? Then say *NO* to Microsoft Vista!
-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.

download CCleaner, Lavasoft adaware and download a trial version of PC-Cillin Internet Security 2006. Install ccleaner which is free and clean your windows files and choose the issues tab to repair errors. Install lavasoft adaware 1.06 personal and scan your computer and do the same with the 30 day trial period of PC-Cillin. Counterspy 1.5.82 is another good spyware program offering a 30 day trial period as well.

Hope this helps!
