I understand your frustration, but this is not the locker room, so lets clean up the language too. First thing to do is download a copy of HijackThis from=HiJackthis to your desktop http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
Unzip/Extract to it's own folder such as C:/hjt

Now run it with the option to scan and save a report. DO NOT check anything at this time. Copy the report and past it into a reply back to this list. One O f the experts ( I am not an expert, just dangerous) and they will get back to you with instructions.
