I used DVD+R DL because I want to burn uncompressed movies in a dvd.
Somehow I got the error message ...
Please help me

Also u can try ImgBurn which i think is better at burning DL media

U might need a firmware update too? That might help with the key medium error

Just to add to 300bowler good advice.
Edit out your serial # too - at the top of log - begins w/ 1C.
Your drive can use a firmare update t- the latest is DL05:
