i burnt some games for PS2 on VERBATIM DVD+RW CD'S and when i insert the disks into the playstation all what i see is a black screen. can anyone guide me what to do pleaseeeeeeee???

burn the game to -r instead.

They won't work as good get verbatims DVD-R 8x and burn at 4x they work great.

i think it is

version 1-7.
work best with DVD-R

while
versions 8-latest
work best with DVD+R

my v9 ps2(matrix infinity) works best with DVD+R
it hates DVD-R as it skips the whole time(with sony or verbatim.made in japan)

it doesnt really matter as long as there good quality discs and for +R, u booktype it to dvd-rom. either one should work fine

what the hell is that??!!? why the -/+RW don't work???????? i didn't find -r 4x or 8x so i bought DVD-RW 4X but they don't work too!! i spent 35$ on those disks and for nothing in result! can someone help me pleaseeeeeeeeeee???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+/-RW Discs Won't work.... + or - 8X Quality media is the way to go...
