Burn fail's with DVD shrink & nero, at start of burn.

I clicked on the Nero link on this thread and installed the new demo version you all have uploaded here.
I burned 2 dvd's perfectly fine and then my third (a few day's later) failed. It had the following error message:

you are burning very close to the edge of the disc where most errors occure due to uneven/missing dye. set your target to 4360

Packet writing utilities are notorious for interfering with burn processes, as the way it works is to continually poll the burner to check for new media.
This prevents the burn application gaining exclusive access to the burner, and sense code errors will happen - every time.
Get rid of all packet writing utilities.
They are more trouble than they are worth.

I'd definitely slow the burn speed down.
You should have DMA enabled on this:
CdRomPeripheral : LG CD-ROM CRD-8400B atapi Port 0 ID 0 DMA: Off
I kinda doubt it will have much to do with burning DVDs though....CD ROM.
You have your HDD in some sort of RAID setup so DMA may not matter. I use a pair of HDDs in a RAID 0 configuration that does not use DMA. Yours may not either... It's not on an ATAPI buss.
Here is my guide for enabling DMA if you want to try it:

To make the file size smaller:
Open Shrink > Select Edit > Select Preferences...
Change the Target DVD size drop-down menu to "Custom".
Enter a smaller number for the MB. 4300 seems popular.
Select OK.
To set the burn speed slower (which is the most likely cause of your burn problem):
After you select Backup!, the Backup DVD menu opens. Go to the Burn Settings tab and select a slower burn speed there.
Make sure you have a blank DVD in your drive and spun up before setting this.

ok, my target is set to my Lite-on drive.
I reinstalled older version of Nero and tried burning again. It got to 15% and froze. I was gone for a few hour's so I didn't see that happen. I'm retrying at a lower burn speed.

man, I'm going through alot of disc's with this!
I lowered the file size & then tried again. Worked that time. I noticed that it only gave me the option's of really low burning speed's after that. 2.4x or maximum...
